The remainder is split into sentences of roughly 8–14 words, capped at 18 and never shorter than four, so the closing sentence can push the count slightly past the target. Each sentence is capitalised and randomly ends in a period, exclamation mark, or question mark. The HTML toggle wraps every paragraph in <p> tags; everything runs in your browser.
